Our Hotel Policy

1. Reservation Policy

• Reservations can be made directly at the front desk, by phone, via our website, or through third-party platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Agoda).

• Guests must provide full name, contact information, and check-in/check-out dates.

• Deposits ranging from 30% to 100% may be required, depending on room type and number of nights.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation is allowed up to 48 hours before check-in.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a 50% charge of the total booking.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

• Some special discounted rates are non-refundable.

3. Check-in & Check-out Policy

• Check-in time: From 2:00 PM

• Check-out time: Before 12:00 PM (noon)

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges (30–100% of room rate depending on time).

4. Payment Policy

• Accepted methods: cash, credit card, bank transfer, e-wallets.

• Full payment is required before or upon check-in unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Children & Extra Bed Policy

• Children under 6 years old stay free of charge when sharing bed with parents.

• Children aged 6 and above may be charged as adults if an extra bed is required.

6. Visitor Policy

• Unregistered guests are not allowed in guest rooms without prior approval.

• Visitors must present ID at the front desk.

• Overnight stays by non-registered guests are subject to additional charges.

7. Pet Policy

• Pets are not allowed, unless otherwise stated under special arrangements.

8. Smoking Policy

• Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms. A fine of 500,000–1,000,000 VND (or equivalent in other currency) may apply.

• Designated smoking areas are provided.

9. Damage & Liability Policy

• Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to hotel property caused during their stay.

• Compensation will be charged based on repair or replacement costs.

10. Prohibited Items

• Weapons, drugs, chemicals, inflammables, and exotic animals are strictly prohibited.

• Items with strong smells (e.g., durian, fish sauce) are not allowed in the rooms.

• Cooking or laundry inside rooms is not allowed.

11. Fire Safety

• In case of fire, call the reception immediately. Stay calm and follow staff instructions.

12. Room Access

• When leaving, please lock your door and leave your key at reception. Keys will only be returned upon providing your room number.

13. Respect for Property

• Please do not move or damage furniture and in-room items. Damages or losses must be compensated based on market value.

14. Violations

• Breaking these policies may result in penalties or eviction without refund.
